Exchange Policy & Refund Policy

In case if you do not receive your desired product or variant, You will not be charged again for re-ordering your item. 

We will handle the shipping cost when it comes to return of the wrong item and delivering the desired product. 

In case the customer wants to return the order without any specific reason, the customer has to bear the shipping cost.

Exchange and refund will only be possible if items are not damaged. After receiving the parcel, our team will thoroughly inspect the product and if no damage is found, the exchange or online refund will be made in 48 hours.
