    • 1 cup pomegranate juice (no sugar added)
    • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
    • 1 medium banana
    • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    • 1 medium kiwi (peeled)
    • 2 tbsp. flax meal (optional)

    INSTRUCTIONS

    • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
    • Divide between two cups and serve.
